Pros

Absolutely None. The management styles are focused on humiliating and degrading employess at every opportunity and turning this company into a reincarnation of previous CRO where they were formerly employed before being bought out by Accelovance. The health benefits are horrible; there is no 401K match whatsoever; there are no sick days. The CEO has absolutely no background or experience in clinical research. Nepotism runs rampant.

Cons

I can guarantee that the review posted in August 2014 was not written by an Accelovance employee. The other negative reviews posted on this website are completely on spot with describing the working conditions and culture of this company. In the one year that I was an employee- of the 30-ish employees based in the Rockville office - 18 have resigned or been fired (particularly hostile working enviornment for African-American women). Micromanaging, belittling, and underbidding contracts so that all projects are understaffed and thus all employees are demanded to work 50-60 hours a week every week is the norm. If upper management makes an error they are the first to throw their employees under the bus to the client sponors. They take responsbility for absolutely none of the company's problems.
