Pros
- The mission of the company is exciting. If it was achieved, the company could change the destiny of children around the world. - It has one out-performing course that sells. - The employees have a lot of autonomy. If you were really talent, you could push forward any changes in companies with support from the CEO and the teammate.
Cons
Cons can be very different for different people at different position. From my perspective, it lacks a process to get rid of under-performing people and to retain and reward out-performing people. The business strategy wasn't always clear but getting better.
