Training is absolutely amazing, learning about how to help businesses grow through providing the best and newest business technology systems for places like educational facilities, hospitals, small doctor's offices, retail and hospitality. There is also work with the military and government facilities which was very patriotic and enjoyable. Pay schedule is very unique, I receive daily payouts and bonuses for just doing my daily requirements. 3 weeks paid vacation and one week was a paid for trip to Miami Florida and the Bahamas with activities food and drinks included. I took my whole family and we had an amazing time!
Cons
Everyday and early work expectations and don't leave until the job is absolutely 100% or you will lose your opportunity to serve that client. The downfall is you don't want to leave work, everyday and every task is so important and the results are right in front of your face. Seeing people grateful for the job you're doing is very rewarding and addictive in a way. So it's really hard if you have a family.
