      Has a very good team of people, invests a lot on technology and understands the need for talent and tech working together.

      Cons

      Talent retention is low, many staff leaves because of poor career progression options and poor management decisions.

      Great coworkers, relaxed environment to learn in, great teaching, fair pay. 1 flexible day of wfh. No OOH work or much requested overtime

      4 days a week must be in, no benefits, no possible internal scale of job succession
