Pros
Initially it was fun and there was good training. New employees are mentored in the instruction they use.
Cons
Very erratic schedule and you are told you cannot have a day off. Even Saturdays. For such a low wage this is not worth it. Also there is favoritism among friends of management in the company and those that are related. You are told you will not be paid for any extra time you work if it's not on the schedule, which constantly changes. You will also be told you can't make yourself a coffee on your 5 minute break. The place is micromanaged and you are treated like a pion in this position, even if you are more qualified for the job than those who are considered consultants. There is very little room for growth so this is really the nay a short term job for most people. And $15 an hour for doing the work and charging the client $125 an hour, don't expect to stay here long.
