Unfortunately for me I started at Lincoln during a bad time when there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the DOL ruling. My experience here (aside from the great people on my team) has been increasingly poor. There has been a significant amount of employees quitting, but no opportunity for advancement. When an opportunity does arise, former military personal are blatantly given many advantages and opportunities over others. Hard work, results, and willingness to help others go very unnoticed and underappreciated. The overall low morale has made it a hard place to want to go work every day.
