Pros

Some employees and what they bring to the company

Cons

The work environment is profoundly toxic, characterized by pervasive dysfunction and a lack of integrity at every level. Project managers prioritize self-promotion over team success, routinely assigning employees workloads that are unsustainable and exploitative, solely to enhance their own image. Leadership decisions are consistently impulsive, driven by emotion rather than strategy, resulting in erratic and damaging outcomes for the company. Terminations are executed without fairness or rational justification, further eroding trust and stability. The culture fosters daily discomfort, undermines morale, and creates an atmosphere where employees feel undervalued, overburdened, and expendable.

Pros

The company does put effort into employee events, and the Christmas party is usually done well. It’s a nice event and people seem to enjoy it. At times it can feel more focused on appearances and company image than on what employees actually value day to day, but it’s still appreciated.

Cons

Biggest downside is definitely the leadership team. A lot of them talk down to people and micromanage way more than they need to. Since it’s a smaller company, you end up dealing with leadership pretty often, so it affects the day-to-day environment a lot. It also feels like employees with prior military backgrounds get treated better or given more slack, even when other employees are doing more of the actual work.
