- Autonomy - Flexibility of schedule - Getting to visit with healthcare providers in the area

Cons

- Lots of hoops to jump through to get orders deemed "complete" and to be eligible for commission - Having to fight for the commission that was owed to me, but had been assigned to sales reps from other centers

Underpaid, severely understaffed, approximately 2200 sq mile coverage area, call every other week, tons of ppwk, lot of redundancy
