Pros
No pros at all unless you get a good manager, but after 8 of them, I would say there was only one good one.
Cons
Mis-leading Salary, Don't get paid, Managment is decieving and vindictive, Centers constantly crumble because staff quit or jsut don't show up. They don't pay enough in any center and or take care of their employees period. RUN as FAST AS you can the opposite direction, it will not get better no matter how hard you work or how many hats you wear.. I wish I didn't even have to give one star rating.
