Employer did not look at patient's as people, they were just a number to them - Center Sales Manager/Billing and Coding Lincare Employee Review

Patient's were numbers not people and during my time employed, was trying to take advantage of the MCR patient's by having my customer service reps get them to sign an ABN to pay for the loss of monthly concentrator and tank rentals due to MCR cuts without giving them any knowledge of what they were signing.
