Pay is non competitive, at least a full $8 less than clinical facilities. Communications are very bad for the higher up positions. The company is not good at considering the human factor in many areas. They make decisions that actually keep some patients at a distance. Inability to talk with the parent facility they are registered with. Long wait times on the phone. The employees in general are not paid well.
