Pros

Free lunch and some people depending on the office are somewhat helpful

Cons

It has become comical to watch how this company operates internally. Family culture is disappearing fast and has become all about the ego-driven manager and after all, layoffs can occur at any time. Poor management No human resources onsite. The company culture is very forced.

Linc Global Response

Dear teammate, Thank you for your candid feedback. It took me some time to respond, as I felt the needs to really reflect on this together with the management team members. I agree with you that as our teams grew, especially with most of the growth happened during the pandemic, we lost some our family culture that is so important and so true to our roots. As the founder and CEO, I bear the most responsibility on that. If you are still part of the team, I hope you’ve seen positive changes lately. I also know that even when we are committed to change, change can’t doesn’t happen overnight. So please reach out to me (you know how) anytime with suggestions, ideas, or simply just raising concerns. I’m all hears. Sincerely, Fang

Pros

Employees here are collectively some of the smartest people I've worked with and we're all "in it to win it". It's a small team, so people become like family and care about each other on a personal level. There's a good work/life balance too. Linc truly cares about establishing deep relationships with our customers. We're not just a vendor, but an extension of our customers' team. The product is best in class. It's exciting to be on the forefront of the best technology in this space. CEO knows what the market needs/wants, technical/product teams have solved for some of the most complex use cases and the CS team works tirelessly to ensure customers are happy.

Cons

Job responsibilities have shifted in the last year, so the remaining people have absorbed areas of focus they were not originally hired to do and/or want to do. There really isn't a brand culture and it would be nice if there was some more in-person collaboration.
