      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for advancement. There are a lot of internal promotions and a lot of opportunities for learning and growth within the company.

      Cons

      Because there are 27 plants in Guelph, the experience can greatly vary from plant to plant. Some managers are brilliant and helpful, and some are old-school tyrants.

      It was good experience in the IT department, everyone was great and helpful

      no benefits but only because you’re not a full time employee which makes sense
