Tim is an awesome boss, and will help you the whole way. The whole staff is awesome, and give an awesome atmosphere not only in the office but in the stores as well. They're all very supportive and have a way to keep you positive throughout the entire day. If you want to be excited to come into the office and want to be pushed to the next level this is an awesome job to have!

You have to be 100% focused, and you have to be awesome with people. Not really a con, but some people may struggle with it.
