Management doesn't know how to manage people. They don't give you a commission report to show you how you get paid and to be transparent. I've worked here for many years, they are constantly having layoffs. It's sad really. Because management doesn't know how to hire, they don't have serious training, and have zero leadership people drowned. And rather them take an active role in managing and training, they prefer the route of laying everyone off and hiring more. It's a vicious cycle, I've seen so many people either leave by layoffs or just plain realizing there is no real earnings potential or actual career trajectory. You are stuck in the same position with the same underpaid salary and sorry commission structure. Any time I've seen some one speak up to management, it wasn't long before they were out of a job.
A sadder part of this story is that management is constantly adding fake reviews on sites like glassdoor to boost their reputation and prevent potential hires of knowing the truth of how this company runs. Do yourself a favor and move on, this company does not and will never care about you or your career. There are some good people in management, but most are drinking the kool-aid rather than stick up for their employees. Sad times ahead for lime-energy.
