Pros
The only reason to work at Lily is Chris Morrisey. He’s a really great leader, and I felt he was always firm but fair. It’s a shame he’s oblivious to how some of his employees are due to his loyalty. Also Rishi Handa, always on the ball and extremely professional.
Cons
Where do I start. Toxic atmosphere in EVERY department. Certain employees openly bully other staff and never get pulled up on it. Most staff are sheep and join in with bullying as a form of bonding. If there was an employee with a body odour issue, or hygiene issue instead of professionally taking them aside and discussing it. They would all huddle and gossip and at some points certain managers would rudely shout about it in office. Causing that employee to most likely suffer from mental health issues about a condition they had no control over. Let’s talk about inappropriate relationships, too much mixing with each other outside of work. Half of the people working here are dating. Sales reps will talk about the female staff’s body loud enough for others to hear. One manager would go around and massage certain female staff on shoulders for like 10 minutes. Wildly uncomfortable to watch. The HR department is non existent, as she is friends with the directors. However we all know HR aren’t there to help anyone but management anyways so no surprise that it’s like this in this company.
