Not many come to mind, I would say the people in your team.
Cons
Aggressive approach to how they manage people, staff turnover is high, benefits aren't good, no flexibility whatsoever, removed bonus' for lower paid staff but kept them in place for senior individuals, minimal pay reviews, flexible working is allowed for certain people depending on who you are, no job security due to constant change projects, over worked and under paid comes to mind. The list goes on...
