      Pros

      Lightspeed bezahlt sehr gut. Es gab sehr nette Kollegen zu meiner Zeit (sind aber alle leider nicht mehr im Unternehmen).

      Cons

      Es gibt kein gutes Management. Man ist allein gegen alle. Es wird verlangt, dass man viel arbeitet (am besten auch am Feiertagen, die man tauschen kann). Zu meiner Zeit bei Lightspeed, sind sehr viele Leute gegangen. Ich habe grosse Hoffnungen gehabt, dass sich sehr viele Prozesse verbessern werden und es normale Arbeitsatmosphäre gibt. Leider gibt es keine gute Leaders.

      Pros

      Flexible hours, unlimited PTO, in a position to really grow after a few really rough years.

      Cons

      Too many "yes" people near the top. VPs and directors want certain things done that they assume it will get done even if you show them hard evidence that it's not possible. If you give them a time line, they assume you can do it In half the time which is not how I work. Also there is a lot of " the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"
