You should want to be here to help the company succeed”. Lol - When any discussion related to compensation is brought up, the narrative is always to wait until “next comp cycle”. When that cycle is reached, people are often left feeling disappointed. - Poor organization internally. Created a bunch of complexities in their org structure only to lay off people at a later time claiming org structure is too complex.
