- Sometimes schedules are not exactly as expected or originally described, even with seniority
- There is a limit to the remote travel (not a real con as its a huge benefit, just important to know)
- Disorganization at the leadership level
- Less diverse the higher up the hierarchy you go
- Feels like there's a distinct gap/hierarchy between frontline workers and admin/dev type positions
- There's lots of opportunity for advancement, but it's difficult to find the information, its hard to get a manager alone for a meeting
