I've really enjoyed my time at Lightning Fibre, my manager is very open to feedback and collaboration and the company has been very supportive of me in terms of further studies / professional development.

The new manger they’ve hired is constantly micro managing.. very confrontational and passive aggressive.
Lacks the manners of what a manger should have.
