As an engineer, the work is challenging, rewarding, and exciting. Flexible work environment (many are hybrid). The collaboration and teamwork feels really solid across the board. The people here are some of the best and brightest in the world, and are truly fantastic to work alongside. As someone who has worked with scientists and engineers my entire career, the caliber here is not only due to technical expertise. It is the fact that each person here chooses to collaborate out of respect for their team's excellence, and nothing more. I always feel encouraged by others to share my new ideas, and supported by the team and management in every way.
