Pros
You get to work with really talented people on great projects. Lightmaker has gotten a lot of clients in sports recently but you'll likely get exposure to many industries and learn a lot in the process. Everyone, starting with the CEO, is passionate about their work and you'll catch people sharing ideas over their lunch breaks, contributing regularly to the internal blog (a private Facebook group), and working together to deliver great projects to our clients. I've made great friends here and appreciate that the company hires "great people" above all. P.s. the company parties are awesome!
Cons
It's an agency - and while the workload is manageable, it can also get hectic when reaching deadlines. To be most successful at Lightmaker, you need to be self-driven. Management will support you in whatever you want to do, but you have to be driven and chase the opportunities.
