Lighthouse is led by an extraordinarily ambitious leadership team and even thought they have the infrastructure (PMO style guardrails) in place that should make prioritizing internal initiatives easy, it often veers in the opposite direction and results in leadership biting off more than they can chew and more than their teams can reasonably accommodate. Over time, the culture has also started to evolve from more operationally and people/process focused to sales focused which hasn't been great for morale.
