Pros
I've been at Lighthouse for just over 3 years and have experienced exceptional career growth and camaraderie with the team. Lighthouse was able to pivot to a primarily remote workforce when COVID hit early in 2020 and the team has only gotten stronger and more effective in our pursuit of delivering quality work for our clients. Lighthouse prioritizes personal growth and development for employees and has created a space for tough conversations around diversity and inclusion so we can grow together as an employee base and ensure that everyone feels they belong. I'm so grateful that I found Lighthouse early in my career as it has been an ideal place to lean in and gain the skills needed to be successful in my career.
Cons
There are times when long hours are expected as there is a lot of work, but ultimately I feel driven by my colleagues and the work we are accomplishing together. There is still work/life balance if you prioritize it for yourself.
