Thank you for your review and for raising your concerns. We know that we can't make 100% of people happy 100% of the time - but, we do our best. We are so sorry that you feel let down and are also sorry that you feel your colleagues weren't there to help you. We do pride ourselves on picking the right people for the right positions, perhaps we may have even been able to help you if you had approached a manager at the time? Our staff turnover is nowhere near as high as you have assumed - as many of our staff have been here 5 years or more. But again, that is not to belittle your own experience. Of course, money is important as without it would we would not be able to pay our staff - however, in saying that... without the staff we cannot make money. It is, unfortunately, a symbiotic relationship... however, we have always felt that we have put people first. Again, thank you for your review, as without knowing there is a problem it can never be fixed - by bringing this to our attention you have given us the chance to evaluate and fix issues we feel need addressing.
