Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate feedback and value every opinion. However, it’s important to acknowledge that this characterization of our restructuring includes opinions that don’t align with the facts. For instance, implying that a large number of employees were “drastically affected” contrasts with the fact that a small percentage of people were impacted, and they were offered a generous severance. Liftoff legacy employees were also not disproportionately impacted. Thanks to focused efforts, today our business is strong. Our team highly values our people, our culture, and doing great work together – and we’ve committed even more resources to programs that support the growth of our employees, plus events to keep our people informed and connected. We work hard to ensure fairness, and while tough decisions are needed to maintain the success of both the company and our employees, these are done with purpose and compassion for each individual.
