      Pros

      Liftoff offers so many benefits to its employees and really fosters an environment of sharing, growing, and innovating. Many of my managers gave me a lot of room to take on my own projects that i thought could better the team and the company.

      Cons

      Fast growing and not a ton of structure in the day-to-day.

      Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas regardless of who you are. Great inclusive culture from the top down
