      Originally served with fidelity and pride. Wonderful mission!

      Cons

      So much mismanagement and abuse of staff. Employees are not appreciated. President steals credit and is condescending to staff.

      Pros

      Students are wonderful. I feel like I made a difference when I was there.

      Cons

      Mismanagement of funds, toxic work environment with a president that is condescending, secretive, steals credit, lacks the background in education to make informed decisions, and rules through fear and manipulation. The board seems to know nothing.
