Pros

This is a popular place to intern among college students. One of the first roles I've had that kept me busy and working hands on with client projects.

Cons

Supervisors sometimes seem stretched thin but still provide support

Pros

If you are interested in either online search marketing or business sales, this job provides opportunities to be exposed to both. The sales experience, while extremely challenging, is rewarding, well compensated and is an experience builds character, self confidence and gives you the thick skin needed in the real world. Additionally, this internship has served as a great conversation piece in subsequent interviews, and has actually led to many interviews with potential employers. Finally, no matter how you feel about the job itself, the group of employees is one of the most fun groups to be around. They are unbelievable friendly, keep work interesting, and frequently organize out of work events that help keep the summer interesting.

Cons

If you aren't into sales, then you may find the experience difficult, as a large portion of the job is in sales. Additionally, it helps substantially if you have existing contacts within the city, and for non-advertising/marketing majors the verbiage used and technology sold may be confusing.
