      Pros

      Paid drive time, new location daily (also a con), get really good real fast at portraiture.

      Cons

      Long and early hours, lots of bulky equipment living in your car, lots of heavy lifting and carrying heavy things up several flights of stairs daily, lots of wear and tear on your car due to being at a location 5 miles away one day and 50 miles away the next.

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      Cons

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
