rewarding , fun, great people company wide, lots of support and tools provided to grow you as a leader, team enviorment

Cons

17 stores with 3 outdoor locations, expected to visit 5 stores per week on top of 25 hours of computer work, additional items added to work load at a moments notice and expected to complete by deadline along with all other work, work life balance, hiring is biggest opportunity company wide and keeping staff for the wage we pay is hard.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
