Pros

You get paid to drive to the schools you'll be working for. You get reimbursement for gas. Management is incredibly caring and respectful. You learn to photograph professionally with easy-to-use equipment. You're trained thoroughly and have tons of support on the job from coworkers and management. You drive your own car. Great hours. Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays off.

Cons

Retake days have you working alone sometimes. As school begins to let out, there are fewer hours and fewer jobs to take up. You must haul lots of equipment in your car and have somewhere at home to safely store it when you're not working.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
