Pros

I get to use my photography and people skills.

Cons

I've been with the church division almost two years. There's little structure and there's no respect for those who actually produce the images the company is built on. There are some amazing people and I've had some supervisors I respect but upper management seems to be greedy and money hungry at the expense of the employees. If you work hard you're lucky enough to be asked to work harder with no extra pay. There's no respect for the employees or the customers. People aren't people they are dollars.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
