Pros

At the beginning Lifetouch culture and company were amazing to me . I already had over 30 years as marketing and sales professional. The Lifetouch culture was very impressive. We were employee owners of a $1 billion-plus, company listened to us (we thought), benefits were good, and we were leading photography company.

Cons

Corporate management in actuality had watched sales and especially profits fading away. They were locked in the "We are Lifetouch, so we know best" mindset and refused to change with the times. Prices skyrocketed, equipment poorly maintained, photography teams either worked to death, or had no work. Now they are in a steep decline and still not getting it!

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
