Pros

Great field managment, entrepreneurial spirit and a chance to contribute to a "feel good" product. Lifetouch at its heart is about capturing memories, not just about portrait photography. The people are great, everyone is always willing to help their fellow employee and the company has a long history of corporate responsibilty and philanthropy.

Cons

The industry is shrinking and Lifetouch cannot grow through price raising alone. A history og price gouging and lack of innovation in the core product has caught up to Lifetouch and they find themselves is a difficult position. ESOP is a barrier to the necessary investment for growth and senior leaders who are close to retirement doen't want to rock the boat.

Pros

Coworkers were always friendly and great to work with. Insurance was great.

Cons

Literally everything else. Company makes major changes every few months, firing managers across the country without replacements. Did not fire a sales rep who was committing felony fraud but fired small employees with false information. Company is 90 years old but refuses to make basic improvements. Nowhere to move up and bonus is rigged.
