Pros

Fun, Welcoming staff, professional standards, lots of feedback and support, strong feeling of being a part of the team, fulfilling when things go well, paid drive time

Cons

Can be physically exhausting, stressful situations aren't always easily or quickly resolvable (i.e locked keys in car at a job with equipment in the car, or equipment malfunction needing someone to drive out to replace), can be difficult to photograph special needs individuals, sometimes kids pee in places they shouldn't.

Pros

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

Cons

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
