Pros
I joined the same time as our new CEO, David, and it is great that for a company so large, everyone is listened to. You can feel the company changing and moving in the right direction, there is always someone there to support you if needed.
Some of the great things are:
- You are in control of your own diary, so manage your learners to achieve a work/life balance.
- My area manager is a great support and has been from the start
- Lots of additional learning opportunity if you want to progress
- It's a company that regularly carry out 121 reviews with you and genuinely care about you as an individual
Cons
- Can be difficult supporting learners with functional skills needs
- Can be stressful, as sometimes it is not just the learner who you are trying to keep engaged but their line manager too!
