Pros
Great for fresh graduates / interns / starters to gain experience. Give you a lot of exposure as SOC Analyst. The only benefits I can say was a lot of free parking (but 1st come 1st serve) & a free massage every week (only for 1 hour).
Cons
Overload of works. Basically SOC analyst L1 but do all the works to L2/L3. Extremely low payments for long 12 hour shifts. 2% of increments. KPI is totally off track. Clients all over the place. Employees concerns are not being acknowledge by management, even if they does, there were no action. So much plannings but nothing gets done perfectly. Lack of experts, a 6-9 month’s employee onboarding the new hire, the blind leading the blind. No proper trainings at all.
“Clients comes first, employees be damned” concepts. Everything for clients, chaos for Operation teams. Company keep on wasting a good talents.
