-Very limited training and then you’ll be thrown into a full caseload (40+ files)

-The most unorganized program I’ve ever worked in, things change every week and it’s very chaotic and overwhelming with no clear lines of communication
-No opportunities for growth. No chance of being promoted unless you already have management experience.
-You will be compensated less than people employed at partner company WCG
-You will be made to feel dumb by upper management if you make a mistake on a file even though no one will give clear answers on how you’re supposed to do things
