Pros

-$100 dollar Christmas BONUS!! -1 day work from home -Guarantee commission for first 6 months

Cons

-Salary is 30%, Commission is 70% -Always on call even on holidays (As that's when fill-in's and call-outs typically happen) -Commission is based on the market and will fluctuate drastically after your 6 month guarantee is over -60% administration work -Owner of company can be aggressive and offensive to people -Even with a total of 23 employees in the company, if you have a problem or concern, management does not address it or care -High turnover rate as they usually keep recruiters for about a year -Goals and increasing your margin is set in a way where it is basically impossible to raise your margin past 2.5%

The Christmas bonus is not a bonus, it is an extra gift to all to take your family out for lunch, etc. during the holiday season. LifeWorx pays out about $300k in bonuses to those based on value added and performance. Most associates make good commission when they are motivated and focused.

Pros

-Tightly knit company environment -Base pay along with good commission potential -Very collaborative work environment, even for a commission job

Cons

-Work does come up on evenings and weekends out of the office that will need to be addressed asap -Not necessarily a con but need to be adaptable day to day. Priorities can change extremely quickly depending on the day
