The company has made having an open & collaborative environment a critical part of it's mission from day 1. We have all team meetings on Mondays and Fridays that bounce between serious discussions of company priorities to the latest weird things someone's dog has eaten (ok, usually mine). Major projects are often a collaborative effort, and while we take our work seriously we keep things casual, and try to have fun as we go.
Cons
This is hardly unusual for a startup, but sometimes work can pop up on weekends, and can't be put off until the week starts. I'd chalk it up to more of a sign of the times, and the encroachment of work-focused apps, then an issue unique to LifeFuels.
