      Pros

      While Uncle Bob's is a mid-size company that has set policies for all of it's stores, they do allow the managers the freedom to make decisions regarding both customer experiences and property management.

      Cons

      Very little potential for growth within the company. You are basically stuck at your position unless someone ahead of you retires. There are steps required to be promoted within the company.
