The only benefit of this company is getting paid every two weeks No micro managing
Cons
They do not care about their employees. I worked at a location with no elevators and leaks coming through facility every other week . When you make a complaint or reach out they do nothing about it . Also you will never have family time, they hire 3 people at each location, so if you were to chase an off day they will attempt to make you come in and work.
