Pros
Decent base pay, typically an annual pay raise (not guaranteed), quarterly bonuses if you meet your KPI, very flexible with PTO, and you basically run your location as long as you comply with company guidelines. Honestly, it's not a bad job and there is always something to do if you get tired of sitting behind the desk or cleaning the office.
Cons
Company can't make up its mind and is constantly making changes to policies. Associate Store Managers are treated like an after thought by corporate. You will have to cover other locations and that means travel.
