I am grateful for being able to work for and interact with the owner for the benefit of the company. Her generosity and caring personality helped boost my work ethic to become a better employee. Annoying group texts constantly—feels like you're working 24/7, even on your days off. You're not allowed to wear any jewelry that expresses religious or cultural beliefs, which I found extremely weird and controlling. The owner talks down to you if you question anything, gaslights you, and leaves out important rules when you're hired. You're not allowed to explain yourself or give context—she shuts it down immediately. She gives prejudice, they also only have one type of demographic of people working, you can guess what it is... The whole place feels fake, like you're talking to corporate robots. Think corporate Erin from TikTok—no genuine conversation or real support.
