Pros
There are so many great things! The freedom to innovate, the ability to hang out with staff and collaborate, the opportunity to see lives changed on a regular basis...I could go on for ages. It's so varied and fast paced but the amount of fun we have doing it and the lives we see changed is so worth it.
Cons
I would say that some challenges would be balancing personal life and being able to be "off." Our pace can be brutal for families so it's just very important to have time to take off, time to leave work at work and be supported in those decisions by your team. It's all about balance.
