Salary is paid on time. Infrastructure is pretty decent Location of office was also good- Noida sector 2 The employees are usually young so you can enjoy their company but the company hires noobie so its easy for them to manipulate and misguide them
Cons
No work ethics BDAs are taught to fool customers Poor management When the customers call for a refund, we are taught to extend the talk by min 15days so that the minimum trial period gets over and every month amount will be deducted automatically from customer's account Poor leads are provided Managers are skilled but don't know how to manage and become quite abusive at times. No work life balance
