Pros
Since the company is still small and growing, there is a ton of opportunity for anyone willing to put in effort. The managers ask for ideas and solutions so employees who are solution oriented and want to contribute to the direction of the company can totally be involved and excel. I feel like my ideas are heard and things get better and better as a result. I also like that I always get to learn something new and all of the departments try to help each other out when one department gets overloaded. The company did a lot to get us all able to work from home during quarantine. I have friends who were not so lucky. They reacted quickly and got us all set up with our phones or a phone app, 2 monitors, and anything we needed to work at home and be safe.
Cons
This company isn't for people who want to clock in, do a job without challenges, and clock out. There are always things to learn and challenges to overcome, which makes it not a good fit for some people but really rewarding for people who like to look back and see what we have accomplished.
