      Working in a library is lovely. Being around books and nice people.

      Cons

      No raises, minimum wage. People who have been working there for years and years are making .40 cents over minimum wage. I worked there for three years, was promoted twice, still making minimum wage.

      Great folks, great environment, Amazing learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The pay could be better since Miami is such a hard cost of living area. Otherwise they are great.
